There are rumors that Pixsense is shutting down its development center in Pakistan; thus laying off several of its engineers. It's weird that the company's career's page still lists down various vacancies as of today.
I was being hired by PixSense as senior software engineer and just told before my 3 days they told me of my joining that they cannot hire me :( that was really very sad to know and I am still jobless becuase of very unprofessional act by PixSense
This is not the real case this what the present to the people for clarification .. the real truth is that this company has merged with Folio3 and continuing their operations from there.
It was a failure from the very beginning. I joined Pixsense as a technical writer years ago. Within my first week I figured out product on which they are floating is a dud. How long this can last in world of Facebook and Twitter is only the question of time. For an entire month I had no work, and all the other people were just as good, but better at pretending busy. I got so frustrated that i resigned in the end, because of no work. SHITTY COMPANY, worst career move of my life.
